In the hot rainy season, focus checks on lane seams, buffers and support bolts to keep operations safe.
Alternating summer storms and sun make slide equipment more prone to problems. Operators should follow “three checks, two replacements, one retighten.”
Three checks: lane surfaces for warping or cracks, buffer pads for lost elasticity, and drainage for blockages. Two replacements: aged tubes and worn brake pads. One retighten: a full re-torque of support bolts and fence posts.
Our after-sales team provides remote guidance and on-site inspection; parts can be ordered anytime through the service hotline.
